Arun Pandey founded Rhiti Group in 2007. A Banaras Hindu University (BHU) graduate and Ranji-level sportsman, he brings a sports-first lens to brand building, talent pathways, and long-horizon entertainment projects.
Under his leadership the group has grown from sports management into an integrated sports, media, lifestyle, and entertainment company – spanning athlete and brand partnerships, events, broadcast-facing work, film association, and digital platforms.
Public associations over the years have included work connected to leading Indian cricket talent and the production of MS Dhoni: The Untold Story through Inspired Entertainment. Current exclusivity is stated only when verified; historic collaborations are described carefully.
Head office remains in New Delhi (Vasant Kunj), with the group also listing presence in Mumbai, London, New York, Singapore, and Dubai.
