Pandey’s journey began in 2007 with the founding of Rhiti Group, an integrated sports and entertainment conglomerate. Through his work, he has revolutionized the sports management landscape in India, from brand building to image consulting, with a key focus on making sports and entertainment essential to everyday life. Under his leadership, Rhiti Group has created iconic brands, most notably through its association with MS Dhoni. His ‘Midas touch’ has also transformed the careers of numerous other athletes into celebrated brands, including Bhuvneshwar Kumar, KL Rahul, Pragyan Ojha, and others.
Beyond sports management, Pandey’s ventures have diversified into the emerging world of NFTs and digital assets. Through Rhiti Group, he established India’s first NFT platform, creating new avenues for the digital transformation of sports and entertainment. Additionally, his involvement with RDX—an innovative fitness technology company—reflects his ongoing commitment to pushing the boundaries of the sports industry.
