Our Process
One operating path from fit to proof
Rhiti runs sports and entertainment partnerships as a written pipeline – rights, timeline, and ownership stay clear at every stage. No demo “brand strategy / tech / content” filler.
Six stages
How a Rhiti engagement moves
Aligned to broadcast, events, talent, sponsorship, and licensing – the same discipline whether the brief is a season activation or a multi-desk programme.
Brief & audience fit
We pressure-test category, audience, and what the brand or property can credibly say. Weak fame-only ideas get cut early so the desk does not waste a calendar window.
Category fit
Constraints log
Rights & commercial design
Usage windows, territories, exclusivity, deliverables, and payment structure are written before cameras roll or talent is announced. Legal and commercial share one map.
Territory
Deal terms
Creative & activation plan
Story, formats, and on-ground moments are designed against the rights map – not after. Broadcast packages, event run-of-show, and talent content sit on one field calendar.
Run-of-show
Content plan
Production & field delivery
Crews, venues, SLV, logistics, accreditations, and talent coordination execute under a single owner. Changes route through the calendar – not side chats.
Broadcast
Vendor control
Release & distribution
Masters, assets, and approval paths land with the right platforms and partners. Usage stays inside the window; brand guardrails travel with every cut.
Approvals
Platform handoff
Measure & renew
Signal report before the window closes: what worked, what to cut, what to renew. The next season starts from evidence – not memory of the launch week.
ROI cues
Renew / re-brief
Non-negotiables
What stays clear at every stage
Three lines that do not blur when pressure hits mid-season.
Rights
Territory, exclusivity, likeness, and usage duration are documented before activation. No borrowed windows. No “we’ll sort it later.”
Timeline
One shared calendar for brand, talent, legal, and vendors. Milestones are dated; slippage is escalated, not silently absorbed.
Ownership
Who decides, who delivers, who signs off – named roles on every brief. Rhiti owns the operating path so partners are not refereeing vendors.

FAQ
Process questions, answered
How engagements start, flex, and close.
Is every engagement six full stages?
Smaller briefs may compress Creative into Rights Design or skip broadcast release – but Discover, Rights, Deliver, and Measure always stay. We never skip the rights map.
How does this differ from a typical agency process?
Rhiti is built around sports and entertainment partnerships – talent, sponsorship, events, and IP – not a generic “brand strategy -> technology -> content” demo funnel. The pipeline protects rights and calendar under season pressure.
Who owns day-to-day decisions?
A named Rhiti lead owns the operating path. Brand and talent stakeholders retain approval on rights and creative; vendors report into the shared calendar, not parallel threads.
When do we see the first written plan?
After Brief & fit, you receive a rights-and-commercial outline before production spend. Creative and field plans follow once terms are agreed.
How do we begin?
Use Partner with us – share category, audience, timeline, and any fixed talent or property. Founded in 2007 in New Delhi under Chairman & MD Arun Pandey, Rhiti responds on business days with fit and next steps.
Bring a brief that needs structure
Category, audience, timeline – we’ll tell you how Rhiti’s process carries it from fit to proof.
